1. 我们收集的信息

1.1 记录内容仅保存在设备本地

好悦来允许你创建日记、随笔、心情和生活记录。记录中的标题、正文、心情、标签、收藏状态以及记录日期等内容，会保存在你的 iPhone 或 iPad 的应用沙盒中，用于提供记录、编辑、搜索、分类、日历回顾和统计功能。

好悦来当前版本不会将上述内容上传到我们的服务器，也不建立云端用户账号或个人内容画像。

1.2 搜索、筛选与界面设置

你输入的搜索词、标签筛选条件、收藏筛选条件以及日历选择，仅在设备本地处理。语言、字体大小和深色 / 浅色主题等界面偏好也仅保存在设备本地，用于记住你的使用选择。

1.3 权限

当前版本的核心功能不要求访问定位、相机、麦克风、通讯录、照片、蓝牙或通知等敏感权限。好悦来不使用广告追踪，也不要求注册或登录。

1.4 设备数据、使用数据与崩溃信息

我们没有集成第一方或第三方广告、分析、行为追踪或崩溃报告 SDK。我们不会主动收集设备唯一标识符、广告标识符、IP 地址、详细使用记录或崩溃日志。

Apple 可能依据其自身隐私政策处理 App Store 下载、安装、安全和诊断相关信息。此类处理由 Apple 负责，不属于好悦来主动收集的范围。

2. 我们如何使用信息

由于好悦来当前版本不在我们的服务器上收集个人信息，我们不会将个人信息用于广告投放、用户画像、自动化决策或营销。设备本地处理仅用于：

• 保存、编辑和展示你的生活记录；
• 提供搜索、标签分类、收藏筛选和日历回顾；
• 保存语言、字体大小和主题外观等界面偏好；以及
• 维护和改进应用的核心功能。

3. 分享、转移与披露

我们不会出售、出租、交易或向第三方分享你的记录内容或个人信息。当前版本不集成广告平台、分析平台、社交登录、云端存储、推送通知或支付服务。

如法律要求我们配合司法机关、监管机构或其他有权机关，我们仅会披露实际持有的信息，并限于法律要求的范围。由于好悦来不在服务器上保存你的记录内容，通常不存在可供我们披露的用户记录数据。

4. 存储与安全

好悦来将记录及设置存储在 iOS / iPadOS 应用沙盒中。本应用不会主动上传或建立云端数据库。你删除记录、删除应用或通过系统方式移除应用数据后，本地数据将按照系统行为被删除。

你的设备可能根据你启用的系统备份功能处理应用数据；此类备份由 Apple 按其自身服务条款和隐私政策管理。我们会采取与应用功能和风险相适应的安全措施，但任何电子存储系统都无法保证绝对安全。

5. 你的权利与数据删除

在适用法律允许的范围内，你可能享有知情、访问、更正、删除、限制处理、反对处理、撤回同意以及投诉等权利。

你可以直接在应用内查看、修改或删除自己的记录和分类。由于当前版本没有用户账号，也不在服务器上保留个人信息，通常不存在需要我们后台访问、更正或删除的账号数据。你也可以卸载应用，以移除本地应用数据。

6. 第三方服务

好悦来当前版本不接入第三方广告、分析、社交登录、地图、支付、云存储或行为追踪 SDK。除 Apple App Store 及 Apple 操作系统提供的基础服务外，应用的核心记录功能不依赖第三方在线服务。

如果未来增加在线内容、外部链接或第三方 SDK，我们会在更新本政策并依法取得必要同意后再启用相关功能。

7. 儿童隐私

好悦来并非专门面向未满 13 周岁的儿童，我们不会在明知的情况下收集儿童个人信息。如果监护人认为儿童通过应用向我们提供了个人信息，请通过下方邮箱联系我们，我们会依法调查并采取适当措施。

8. 政策更新

我们可能因应用功能、适用法律或隐私实践变化而更新本政策。如果更新会对你的权利产生重大影响，我们会在应用内或通过其他合理方式提供醒目提示。更新后的政策自页面标示的生效日期起生效。

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Journal content stays on your device

Good Days lets you create journals, free-form notes, mood entries, and everyday records. Titles, body text, moods, tags, favorite status, and entry dates are stored in the app sandbox on your iPhone or iPad to provide writing, editing, search, categories, calendar review, and statistics.

The current version of Good Days does not upload this content to our servers and does not create cloud user accounts or personal content profiles.

1.2 Search, filters, and interface settings

Search terms, tag filters, favorite filters, and calendar selections are processed locally on your device. Language, font size, and dark / light theme preferences are also stored locally so the App can remember your choices.

1.3 Permissions

The core features of the current version do not require access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, Bluetooth, or notifications. Good Days does not use advertising tracking and does not require registration or sign-in.

1.4 Device data, usage data, and crash information

We have not integrated first-party or third-party advertising, analytics, behavioral-tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not actively collect unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, detailed usage records, or crash logs.

Apple may process App Store download, installation, security, and diagnostic information under its own privacy policy. That processing is controlled by Apple and is not actively collected by Good Days.

2. How We Use Information

Because the current version of Good Days does not collect personal information on our servers, we do not use personal information for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, or marketing. Local processing is limited to:

• Saving, editing, and displaying your everyday records;
• Providing search, tag organization, favorite filters, and calendar review;
• Remembering language, font size, and theme preferences; and
• Providing and maintaining the App’s core functionality.

3. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your journal content or personal information with third parties. The current version does not integrate advertising platforms, analytics platforms, social sign-in, cloud storage, push notifications, or payment services.

If we are legally required to cooperate with a court, regulator, or other competent authority, we will disclose only information we actually hold and only to the extent required by applicable law. Because Good Days does not store your journal content on our servers, there is generally no user journal data available for us to disclose.

4. Storage and Security

Good Days stores your records and settings in the iOS / iPadOS app sandbox. The App does not actively upload your content or maintain a cloud database. When you delete records, delete the App, or remove its data through system controls, local data is removed according to the operating system’s behavior.

Your device may process app data through system backup features that you choose to enable. Those backups are managed by Apple under its own terms and privacy policy. We apply safeguards appropriate to the App’s functionality and risk, but no electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Your Rights and Deletion

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to be informed, access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint.

You can view, edit, and delete your own records and categories directly in the App. Because the current version has no user accounts and does not retain personal information on our servers, there is generally no account data for us to access, correct, or delete. You may also uninstall the App to remove local app data.

6. Third-Party Services

The current version of Good Days does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, social sign-in, mapping, payment, cloud-storage, or behavioral-tracking SDKs. Except for basic services provided by the Apple App Store and Apple operating systems, the App’s core journaling features do not depend on third-party online services.

If we add online content, external links, or third-party SDKs in the future, we will update this Policy and obtain consent where required by law before enabling the relevant functionality.

7. Children’s Privacy

Good Days is not specifically directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us using the email below. We will investigate and take appropriate action as required by law.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in App functionality, applicable laws, or our privacy practices. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide a prominent notice in the App or through another reasonable method. The updated Policy takes effect on the effective date shown on this page.
